Lauren joined Swann’s London team in January 2019. She became Group Operations Manager in 2021, with responsibility for improving and managing the Group’s HR, operational and administrative processes. She also administers business-critical IT and data management supplier relationships and the Group’s data protection obligations.
Before joining Swann as Executive Assistant to the Group CEO, Lauren spent seven years at UBS as an EA to the Head of Wealth Management UK. She has 12 years’ experience in supporting C-Level Executives within the financial services and insurance sectors, including UBS and Aviva.
